Stone bake pizza

A family pizzeria on Scarlett Road

We're a small neighbourhood shop between Lawrence and Eglinton. We make our sauce and dough in-house, bake on stone. Reviewers keep mentioning the friendly owners, and we take that as the best compliment there is.

Our story

The shop

Look for the red sign

Parma Pizza sits in the row of shops at 716 Scarlett Rd. Big red letters out front, a brick counter and a green neon sign inside. Stop in for a pie at one of our tables, or call ahead and grab it on the way home.

The food

Made from scratch, baked on stone

Our tomato sauce is made in-house. Our Margherita and Di Parma get fresh fior di latte, not shredded cheese. The dough is stretched thin and baked on stone, so the crust comes out crisp and blistered.

The menu goes past pizza too: lasagna, penne alla vodka, veal and chicken parmigiana, salads and a jumbo panzerotti.

Inside

Pull up a chair

There are a handful of tables if you'd rather eat it fresh out of the oven. Most of our regulars pick up or get delivery in the local area.
